Is he heat transfer coefficient IN CONVECTION the same for two different surface materials?

Same flow conditions and surface geometry, but the surface made of two different materials, for example aluminium and steel.

Are their heat transfer coefficient different?

If yes, what formula shows it. Nussel number, Prandt?

The overall heat transfer coefficient is based on many variables. One of these is the effect that the surface has on the turbulence of the fluid passing by. That means the roughness of the surface has an effect but the material doesn’t. The material only is involved in the conductance portion of the overall heat transfer coefficient.

I found a Qwest Broadband installation kit in the back storage room of my apartment, it was there before I moved in so I don’t think anyone wants it back.

Check ebay for a pricing, a web search might also find an older listing, if ebay does not have a current listing…

Unless there is a modem in the package, I would doubt it has much value… it could also be an out of date kit!

Pure Relaxation

I’m in pain and he wont heal itself…?

My fiance and I were together for about 4 years. Lately we’ve had some stress about moving into a new apartment and we recently got a new truck for him. Anyways, he was acting a little distant the past 2 weeks or so and I would ask whats wrong- hed say nothing. Well, this past Saturday we were cuddling watching a movie with our Tinkerbelle and it was the sweetest moment. Pure relaxation. Then the Sunday after that, he’s telling me i give him too much attitude and I need to pack my things and leave. I’ve lived at his house for 1 year and he was so cold and cruel to me. What’s worse is that there was no real reason for why he called things off. He just kept yelling and saying things were my fault. Im a tiny thing and I dont give much attitude to anyone for no reason. Friends and family say he was scared to move out of his parents house and play the role of grown up. Whats even worse is that he wont talk to me or return my calls, what do i do? I feel like something is pushing him away.

I’m sorry to hear what happening to you, but I’m afraid that he just wasn’t ready for something serious. Sometimes people won’t admit to things and blame other for it..and in this case I think that’s what happened. I think you should just leave him alone, and let him think. I know it’s hard for you but the best thing to do. Take time for yourself..and think that if you were married already to him and things started to be this way..think how you would be. I think this is a sign that it wasn’t met to be..or may he’s just not ready. Give him time, and then try to speak to him and see what wrong with him…if he still advoids you..then just let him go. It better for things to happend this was even if they hurt..then you getting married with him and they have no turning back…..good luck.

I am trying to send my brother a clip of the movie just friends… it’s the part where chris benders brother says “Raise your hand if your brother’s a homo”, then i am going to add a pic of me and my other brothers raising our hands. but I can’t find just that part of the movie.
