What is a good video camera/ camcorder for Youtube and Web sharing?

I need a good video camera/camcorder for about $100-$300 that will be good for me to post videos on youtube or any other website. I would prefer it not to be a flip camcorder but if there is a REALLY good one out there then tell me!
