Why are my messages being delete without me being informed?

I am very dissatisfied with yahoo for the moment as when i post an answer it gets deleted and points gets deducted from my account!!!. the only thing that i sneekly did is promoting my ebook cookbook THATS IT.
Yahoo is being unfair!! what do you guys think.
I love using yahoo but now that yahoo starts to delete my answers/questions i post the love is gone

It was probably for a chatting violation. I just looked at your questions, They are almost all chatting in Yahoos terms.
