Weight Easily

I gain weight easily and cant seem to get rid of them?

I eat healthy food, seriously, no chips, no junk food. I have fruit for dinner and use olive oil in my cooking,but i am still fat. I have been exercising for a month, however, i didnt lose any weight. Many people i know eat a lot more and they even get up late at night to grab something to eat, and they are all skinny and healthy. Its driving me crazy now, is there any other way i can lose weight ?

I have the same problem, but don’t loose faith in yourself… keep doing what you are doing now. It’s just more healthy… and The reason is probubly that you have a very slow matabilism. To speed it up eat breakfast ! Also try to eat a little snack every 3 hours, such as granola bars, oatmeal cookies etc.
