Is he heat transfer coefficient IN CONVECTION the same for two different surface materials?

Same flow conditions and surface geometry, but the surface made of two different materials, for example aluminium and steel.

Are their heat transfer coefficient different?

If yes, what formula shows it. Nussel number, Prandt?

The overall heat transfer coefficient is based on many variables. One of these is the effect that the surface has on the turbulence of the fluid passing by. That means the roughness of the surface has an effect but the material doesn’t. The material only is involved in the conductance portion of the overall heat transfer coefficient.
