Paper Ink

A typed paper was in a plastic pocket of a binder. Ink is now stuck on the folder. How can I remove the ink?

A bit over a year ago, I put a typed piece of paper into the front plastic pocket of a 3 ring binder. The paper has now been there so long that the ink from the paper has transferred to the binder. Is it possible to remove the ink from the binder and if so, how?

Try WD40 on a rag. It removes stickers and lots of things.
