I’ve just installed an IC rated recessed light housing. What do I do with the paper vapor barrier?

I peeled back the paper vapor barrier and fiberglass insulation, installed the IC rated recessed light housing and am now ready to roll back the insulation. Should I cut and/or remove the paper vapor barrier and press the insulation back around the light housing or should I just re-lay the blanket over the housing?

I cut the vapor barrier and place the insulation around and over the fixture, but you can lay the vapor barrier and insulation right over the housing. With IC rated fixtures it is ok either way.
